Olive awarded ‘Vodafone Innovation Partner of the Year’

Olive, one of the UK’s fastest growing and most progressive Managed Cloud Communications Providers, has been awarded ‘Innovation Partner of the Year’ at the 2020 Vodafone Partner Awards.

The Innovation Partner Award recognises partners going above and beyond to drive innovative solutions in the market, challenging the existing way of doing things, asking the difficult questions, and thinking differently – all with the customer at the heart of their approach.

Presenting the award, Kathy Quashie, Head of Indirect Business of Vodafone Business said: “Olive continue to set the benchmark for driving innovative solutions to unlock new values for customers and were one of the first partners to align closely to Vodafone’s SD-WAN proposition.

“They work closely in collaboration with our UK team to co-create bespoke solutions, for a highly valued customer base. Olive have demonstrated a true ambassadorship for innovation when working with Vodafone and its portfolio to drive equity and growth within both businesses. I’m excited about future opportunities and know that between Olive and Vodafone we have a strong embedded relationship. We are truly #BetterTogether.”

Martin Flick, CEO of Olive added: “Olive has evolved over the last five years to become a Cloud Communications Provider, but we retain a strong mobile heritage. Our longstanding, collaborative partnership with Vodafone has opened up a wealth of opportunity to push the boundaries of what is possible.

“Olive is in a fantastic position to help customers with a demand for end-to-end digital solutions adopting exciting and emerging technologies such as 5G and SD-WAN, where only a small proportion of its potential has been realised. These revolutionary technologies will undoubtedly change our world forever, for the better.

Martin continued: “The Olive team is immensely honoured at being awarded Innovation Partner. It is testament to years of strategic alignment with the vision of a global powerhouse such as Vodafone and we are excited at what’s to come.”

Vodafone launched 5G to the UK market in 2019 and now covers 54 UK towns and cities with many more to come. Olive deliver a broad range of Vodafone services to its customers including integrated mobile, 5G, IoT, Fixed Line and SD Wan; and ensures ‘converged services’ powered by Vodafone remain a key focus.

Olive is capitalising on Vodafone’s SD-WAN proposition to deliver the flexibility, control and visibility customers need to take advantage of the next wave of innovation and stay ahead of the competition.

Part of the ‘Connect’ portfolio within the Olive Cloud Managed Service Platform, SD-WAN from Olive provides both SME and large Enterprise connectivity at scale for deeper visibility of their network, without compromising on security or customer experience. The CMSP also enables Olive customers to manage multiple vendors in one intuitive digital interface, allowing for simple cost analysis and a single view of a business’ technology portfolio.
