Matrix247 implements Telecoms, Managed IT, Mobiles, and Document & Print Management solutions to over 1200+ clients across the UK, and excel into their 30th year of business this November.

After selling their first phone system in 1991, co-founders, Geoff Wright and Stephen Pritchard set up Matrix247 from their city centre apartment, which would eventually lead them to buy their first HQ in the valley of Rossendale, Lancashire.

The implementation of technology has been recognised over the years, in which Matrix247 have celebrated ‘Best technology Implementation’ Award for AO.com, ‘Sales Team of the Year’ from international cloud phone provider, Gamma, and recently accredited the prestigious ISO27001 accreditation, demonstrating best-in-class security.

When the pandemic hit, Matrix247 implemented free collaboration and remote working licences for 3 – 6 months to hundreds of organisations, to assist adapting quickly to lockdowns.

Another significant milestone was the acquisition of an IT firm in April 2021, to further expand their portfolio. Stephen Pritchard, CEO, recognised the international transition into the Cloud, and acquired Task Office Systems:

Matrix247 are in the top five suppliers in the world of Omnichannel software, Puzzel, a dashboard which integrates traditional communication methods such as phone calls and email with more modern methods, such as Facebook, Whatsapp and Instagram.

Recently rolling out this new technology for over a thousand employees at multi-site Insurance Firm, Matrix247 are set to remain at the forefront of technology with new game-changing solutions.
