Full Interoperability Between Cambium Networks Wi-Fi Access Points and Spectralink Wi-Fi Phones Is Awarded Today

Spectralink and Cambium Networks: full interoperability for enterprise telephony solutions

Spectralink Corporation, a leading international enterprise mobility solutions provider, is delighted to announce that Cambium Networks (NASDAQ: CMBM), a leading global provider of wireless networking solutions, is now part of the Voice Interoperability for Enterprise Wireless (VIEW) certification programme. The certification acknowledges full interoperability between Cambium Networks Wi-Fi access points and Spectralink Wi-Fi phones and is part of the Cambium Networks Ecosystem Partnership Program.

Cambium Networks thus joins a list of best-of-breed Wi-Fi manufacturers to deliver a proven telephony solution with superior Voice over WLAN (VoWLAN) quality for frontline and mobile workers in verticals like Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Education, and Hospitality via Spectralink handsets.
Spectralink’s unique network of partners is a critical part of their ecosystem and go-to-market strategy; together with Cambium Networks, we are helping to advance new possibilities in enterprise mobility for end-users, their industries, and markets worldwide. With this new certification, Cambium Networks also proudly joins Spectralink’s Technology Alliance Partners (TAP), a growing network of providers that are carefully selected for their market leadership, strategic alignments, and solutions interoperability.

The whole Cambium Networks product range now provides Wi-Fi-standard QoS and WPA2 PSK security with Spectralink Wi-Fi phones. Cambium Networks WLAN products have been tested for compatibility and performance with Spectralink® Wireless Telephones, and Spectralink supports deployments with Cambium Networks WLAN infrastructure products.
