Network Power Connections joins TSG UK following acquisition

Network Power Connections (NPC), the leading provider of high-quality electrical connections and supply solutions nationwide, has been acquired by TSG UK, creating new and exciting growth opportunities for both organisations.
Headquartered in Worcester, NPC has positioned itself as one of the market leaders in electrical infrastructure for residential, commercial and industrial developments from substations to electric vehicle charging.
A division of the TSG Group, TSG UK is a leading name in the new energy sector, offering a diverse range of products and advanced solutions to assist business owners in transitioning from fossil fuels to electricity, gas, hydrogen, and solar energy.
In being acquired by TSG UK, NPC will continue to operate as an independent business whilst benefiting from access to greater resources, broader capabilities and a nationwide platform to aid its continued growth across the UK energy and utilities sectors.
The existing management structure and wider team will also be retained, ensuring the same commitment to customer service that has underpinned its success to date.

Mark Thorne, Managing Director of NPC, said: “This is an exciting new chapter for Network Power Connections. Joining TSG UK gives us the strength, resources and nationwide capability to accelerate our growth, while preserving the experienced team, trusted relationships and high-quality service that our customers value.
“I am incredibly proud of what we have built and look forward to leading NPC into the next stage of our journey.”

Henry Simpson, Managing Director of TSG UK, added: “The acquisition of Network Power Connections is an exciting development for TSG UK and an important milestone in our long-term development strategy. As businesses across the country invest in electrification and sustainable energy solutions, access to reliable power infrastructure has never been more important.
NPC brings highly specialised skills, an excellent industry reputation and a talented team with a proven track record of delivering technically demanding connection programmes. By combining NPC’s capabilities with those of our existing electrical businesses, we can provide customers with a seamless end-to-end solution, from securing power at the grid through to delivering the electrical infrastructure required on site.
We are delighted to welcome the NPC team into the TSG family and look forward to the opportunities we can create together.”
Based at Lowesmoor Wharf, Worcester, Network Power Connections works closely with Distribution Network Operators [DNO], Independent Distribution Network Operators [IDNO], Building Network Operators [BNO] and those operating private networks to deliver high-quality electrical connections and supply solutions.
