An Essex-based utilities, telecoms and civils solutions provider has unveiled its new brand and business name – HJC Solutions.

Headquartered in Braintree with a national client base, the newly named business – HJC Solutions – was born from Gresham Communications, a leading wireless and telecoms infrastructure provider with proven cross-sector experience.

Acquired by nationwide property developer, HJ Collection, in August 2023, the HJC Solutions team works closely with the property developer on transforming its growing portfolio of commercial to residential developments, while strengthening the in-house capability of the HJ Collection team.

As part of the rebranding process, serial entrepreneur and new CEO of HJC Solutions – Reece Mennie – also plans to advance its Civils offering, enabling the team to proactively support the building of new property developments across the UK.

Reece confirmed: “Over the last 5 years, we have built HJ Collection into a leading, nationwide property developer, where the key to our success has been the development of our own turn-key business model where we manage the entire development process in-house.

“Rebranding the business to HJC Solutions enables us to expand this capability where we can not only strengthen our skillset but also extend our services to the wider property development sector. I look forward to working closely with the team here and in delivering our expertise in utilities, connectivity and civils on a nationwide scale.”

With a team of 15 experts, HJC Solutions is set to become one of the UK’s ‘go-to’ utilities, telecoms and civils solutions providers.
